My husband & I just bought a lake house in McQueeney . I don’t often do reviews however, we had the BEST experience and I think is important to share. We looked for lakefront about a year ago, but just could not make up our minds. We backed off for a while, but Hagan would check in and send listings. However, he was never pushy, but also kept us in the loop. One day he reached out to tell us about a house that we HAD to look at on McQueeney. We met him that afternoon, looked at it, fell in love and put an offer in. It was the perfect house!!!Through the whole process his team at Lakefront Group was over the top amazing! If you are looking for a lake or river house, do yourself a favor and engage Hagan Cohle as soon as possible. I am an attorney with ample experience negotiating and drafting contracts, including residential real estate contracts. I wasted a couple of years of shopping for a lake house myself thinking I could save a portion of the real estate commission. Bad decision on my part. I finally saw the light and engaged Hagan. I know the law but Hagan knows the lakes and river and he knows the real estate market in that arena. He also knows the technical details of residential real estate deal making. He is a man of integrity and highly competent. Within a short period of time after engaging Hagan, I closed on a beautiful lake house for a great price in a red hot seller’s market. Wow! Hagan Cohle did an amazing job. Although there were questions related to the Property Owner Associations, Hagan worked with us and recommended several attorneys who could help us through the situation.
